ABOUT GEORGIAN & WINNIE:
Lovingly known as the “Joy Apostles,” Georgian and Winnie Banov have spent over 30 years as missionary evangelists, carrying the message of the finished work of the Cross with contagious joy. Their ministry is marked by powerful worship, preaching, and demonstrations of God’s love through healing, signs, and wonders. Everywhere they go, people encounter hope, freedom, and the tangible presence of Jesus.
Since 2001, the Banovs have poured their hearts into some of the poorest and most marginalized communities on earth. Through “Love Feasts” and humanitarian projects, they have brought food, care, and the gospel to countless lives. Their ministry has helped plant churches, rescue at-risk children, and establish ongoing care for orphans and the poor across South Africa, Southeast Asia, Central America, and Eastern Europe, where they are seeing a historic move of God among the Roma people.
Today, through Global Celebration and their initiative Rescue the One, Georgian and Winnie continue to combine large-scale evangelistic crusades with hands-on compassion. They partner with local leaders around the world to support orphanages, rescue children from human trafficking, and bring relief to communities living in poverty. Alongside this, they mentor and train ministry students and leaders, raising up a new generation who carry the joy and power of the gospel to the nations.
